Kootenay Employment Services is a non-profit organization with offices in Creston, Cranbook, Fernie, and Invermere. They are passionate about economic growth and labour market issues. KES offers free programs to those who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking for employees.

I have worked as a Design & Communications Specialist at KES since September 2021. I have taken on their design and marketing on a team of two. This includes:
This program provides five weeks of paid employment training to young adults, followed by twelve weeks of work experience. It changes themes and names that adapt to the current social environment to accommodate needs more effectively. Participants could have program focuses such as virtual reality, mental health, hospitality, and more!
